Insurance:
Personal accident insurance is not included in the rates. We recommend checking your insurance coverage for these activities or purchasing a "Mountain Passport."
Required equipment: warm clothing, gloves, hat, sunglasses or goggles, and warm shoes.
Sled or cani-kart ride:
Participants sit in the sled/kart and are driven by the musher.
The maximum number of people carried in the sled is 2 adults and 2 children under 11 years old, depending on the sled's size, and is determined solely by the musher (maximum 5 adults for the kart).
Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
The actual duration of the walk is 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for petting and photos with the dogs. The duration can be adjusted depending on the weather and snow conditions on the trail. In the event of insufficient snow, the activity is systematically replaced by cani-karting.
Pregnant women, please contact us.
Introduction to Sled Driving:
Participants learn how to drive a sled.
The activity includes the necessary explanations for sled driving and steering. Driving time is generally half an hour, and is adapted by the musher to the weather and snow conditions on the trail.
The activity is suitable for ages 8 and up.
All participants are required to be in reasonable physical condition.
If you wish to offer the activity, please ensure that participants do not have any particular health problems. Everyone must take the necessary steps to ensure they are in good physical condition to participate in the activity.
As a precaution, pregnant women are not permitted.
If the musher considers the activity to be dangerous for a person, they may refuse to lead the activity. The musher cannot be held responsible for any accidents due to an unreported health problem.
Weather:
Weather conditions are not grounds for cancellation by the client; this is the sole decision of the musher.
In all circumstances, the decision to reschedule, cancel, or reschedule the activity rests with the musher.
In the event of cancellation of the activity by the musher, the reservation check will be refunded without any compensation.
In the event of insufficient snow for sledding, the activity will be replaced by cani-hiking or go-kart rides.
Participant Cancellation:
If a participant fails to show up for the booked activity, they will not be able to request a refund or replacement for the activity.
In the event of a delay, the activity will be shortened; no prorated refund will be requested.
Any activity interrupted or not completed due to the participant, regardless of the reason, will not be refunded.
All cancellations must be made by email or telephone no later than one week before the activity date. In this case, the amount of the activity will either be retained for a reservation on another date or refunded.
If the cancellation occurs less than one week before the activity date, no refund will be requested.
In the event of cancellation due to illness or injury, a medical certificate attesting to the inability to participate in the planned activity will be required.
Any reservation request made via the contact form, by telephone, or by email implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
